Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Sale items and limited edition pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and instructions.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item, back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order number and photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
